Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition:

Unwashed
With all tags still attached
In the original packaging
Please note: Personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

If we are unable to process your exchange, you may return the item(s) for a refund as long as the item meets the return conditions.
